Slowburn

Find challenge in slowing down. Slowburn takes you deep into your own experience by challenging you to close your eyes and breathe slower and deeper through a progressive series of vinyasa-style warmups, building patience, strength, and trust in your breath. Class is heated to 80-85F.

This class begins with a dynamic and challenging Vinyasa-style sequence that synchronizes the breath with movement and builds strength with continuous flow. Then we end class with Yin-style yoga (Surrender) and meditative breathing for greater mobility and self-acceptance. Students are guided by the teacher’s instruction throughout the experience.
